PIERGIORGIO CAZZANIGA was born in Lissone on 1946 where he got his diploma at IPSMA; at the end of sixties he done a DESIGN course and after good experiences in furniture factory (Besana Mobili, Boffi), on 1971, he became partner of office A&D. Since 1991 his activity as planner continue in his office in Lentate sul Serveso.

He cooperated and he is coopering with important factory designing kitchen, wordrobes, beds, sofas, chairs, showrooms, stores and fair furnishing. On 1995 he won with MARIPOSA the prize “Sedia dell’anno” and he obtain also a “Menzione d’onore” at BIO15 of Lubiana. On 2001 the armchair BLOOM come selected in the fist edition of I-Dot. On 2004 for the second edition of I-Dot, chairs M1 and LOFTY came selected.
